Installation & Replacement FAQ

Common questions about upgrading your home's heating and cooling system.

We start with a $99 in‑home evaluation that includes a full system check and repair/replace recommendations. If you choose a full replacement, we apply that fee to your installation so the estimate ends up being part of your investment.
Most standard residential installations are completed in a single day. Michael personally oversees the job to ensure efficiency and quality. He will provide you with a specific timeline during your evaluation.
Your system will be off during the actual physical replacement of the units, but we work to keep downtime as short as possible. We schedule on a day that works best for you to minimize any discomfort.
