Which Plan Is Right
for Your System?
Not every system needs the same level of maintenance. I'd rather put you on the right plan for your equipment than sell you something you don't need.
If your system is newer (under 5 years old)
If your system is less than about 5 years old and was installed correctly, one tune‑up per year is usually enough. In that case, the regular Comfort Club plan at $149/year is a great fit. You'll get your yearly tune‑up, free diagnostics during regular hours, 10% off repairs, and priority scheduling without overbuying.
If your system is older (5+ years)
If your system is more than 5 years old, has had a few repairs, or runs hard most of the year, twice‑a‑year tune‑ups are the smarter move. That's where Comfort Club Plus at $249/year makes sense. Catching issues in spring and fall can easily prevent surprise breakdowns and bigger repair bills.
If you're not sure
If you're not sure how old your system is or which plan you really need, just ask. I'd rather start you on the lower plan and move you up later if it makes sense than put you on something you don't use.

When the first hot or cold snaps hit, the schedule can get packed fast. Comfort Club members move closer to the front of the line for available appointment times during regular business hours, so they are not waiting as long when everyone's systems are acting up.
You still get the same honest recommendations and repair options – you just don't wait at the back of a long list when things get busy.
