Services
Abbott Air Solutions provides residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, installation, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided and may change following on-site evaluation.
Diagnostic fees apply unless otherwise stated. Final pricing will be communicated and approved prior to work being performed.
Scheduling & Service Windows
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, emergencies, or prior service calls.
Same-day service is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because Abbott Air Solutions is owner-operated, we ask for at least 4 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, with 24 hours’ notice preferred. This allows us to better serve other homeowners in Moore County.

Comfort Club Membership
If enrolled in a Comfort Club membership:
Membership benefits apply only while active.
Membership renews automatically on the annual renewal date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
Members will receive a renewal reminder prior to their renewal date.
Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Failure to maintain an active membership may result in loss of benefits.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods displayed at time of payment. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Abbott Air Solutions related to your service, including:
Appointment confirmations
Service reminders
Follow-ups
Billing notifications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes
